Granite countertops with ceramic tile backsplash, high-end Wellborn® cabinets, Delta single handle faucet, Insinkerator disposal, and an appliance package (oven, cooktop, vent hood and dishwasher) come standard with our gourmet kitchens. Our Great rooms have designer ceilings and our rooms are trimmed with 6-inch baseboards and 4-inch crown molding. All homes come with ceramic tile in all the bathrooms. Our homes are designed with spacious porches to let you take advantage of the privacy of your large wooded lot. Our standard Eze-Breeze® window systems on our porches have four sliding vents that nest up to provide a comfortable screened porch and close to provide 100% protection from wind, pollen, and weather. Most of our homes have covered grilling decks that let you barbeque rain or shine. If you want to make your porch cozy on those chilly fall evenings add an optional fireplace.

Our gorgeous facility located in the beautiful North Georgia mountains will have safe spacious living apartments and suites with lots of windows and patios to enjoy our natural surroundings. The facility is being designed with easy access baths with no-step showers, lighted large open hallways with handrails and non-slip flooring. Dining at The Timbers will be second to none, serving 3 meals per day in our bright cheery dining room and if needed meals can be brought to a suite or apartment. Now open.
